It is very famous that raw food, even salad is unsafe for most of countries. A lot of travelers are really surprised about our raw food culture. However, foods are now affected by global transportation. Our raw food is not very safe like 20 year ago. Especially, we had a lot of accidents about raw beef. We are still eating raw house, raw chicken, etc. I feel raw chicken is already very dangerous by new type of flu or food poisoning. Our company announced to workers worldwide that any business travelers should not eat “Sashimi” and “Sushi” that means raw fish meat. I do not feel they are dangerous though this is global standard. Our life may become safer we may lose our food entertainment. Which is better for us? I should not say so though I would take the risk side.
